I sell specific, scoped services. These terms say what each one includes, how payment works, and what happens if something goes wrong. If anything is unclear, email me before you buy.

How these terms work
In these terms, "Proximity," "I," and "me" mean Fargo Group LLC, doing business as Proximity, a Wisconsin limited liability company. "You" means the person or business buying a service or using this site. If you're buying for a business, you confirm you can agree to these terms on its behalf.
When you pay for a service, book a call, or use this site, you agree to these terms. The version in effect on the day you buy is the version that applies to that purchase.
If you sign a separate written agreement or statement of work with me, that document controls wherever it differs from this page.
If something about your business or industry creates a conflict of interest for me, I'll tell you and refund what you've paid before any work begins.
Using this website
Everything on this site is general information. It isn't legal, tax, or financial advice, and reading it doesn't make you a client. That only happens when you buy a service or sign an agreement with me.
The writing, graphics, and brand on this site belong to Proximity. Quote a short passage with a link back and I'm glad to have it. Please ask before you copy more than that or reuse it commercially.
Results described on this site are examples of past work. They aren't promises about what you'll get.
This site links to other sites I don't control. I'm not responsible for what's on them.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Fargo Group LLC. Prices are in US dollars. If tax applies to your purchase, you'll see it before you pay.
If I invoice you instead, payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date.
If something looks wrong with a charge, email me first and I'll fix it.
Refunds are available only where a service's section below says so. When one applies, it goes back to the original payment method.
AI Agent Roadmap
You're buying a 30 minute call and a written roadmap delivered within 48 hours. It is not a done for you build.
Reschedule up to 24 hours before the call. No refunds once the call has happened, except under the guarantee.
Guarantee: if the first agent on your roadmap won't save you at least $350 worth of time in its first month, full refund. To qualify, build it using the roadmap within 30 days of delivery and request the refund within 45 days.
If your industry creates a conflict of interest for me, I'll refund you in full before we meet.
You may use the roadmap for personal or business purposes. You'll need a paid plan on an AI tool such as Claude or ChatGPT to build what it recommends.

The Revenue Chain Teardown
What it is. A fixed-scope diagnostic of your revenue chain, from first impression to closed-lost. It ends with a ranked written report and a live readout. The fee is $10,000 USD.
Timing. About two weeks from the intake call, with two live calls. The clock pauses if I'm waiting on access or data from you.
What I need from you. Read-only access and the materials listed on the Teardown page. You confirm you have the right to share them with me.
Payment. 50% ($5,000) is due to start. The other 50% is due when I deliver the report, before the readout.
Cancelling. Cancel before I begin gathering evidence and I'll refund your deposit in full. Once evidence gathering begins, the deposit is not refundable.
Credit toward more work. If you hire me for follow-on work after the Teardown, half of the Teardown fee ($5,000) is credited toward that work, on terms we agree in writing.
The report is yours. You own the final report. I may use the engagement and its results for publicity and referrals, as described under Ownership and case studies.
No guarantee. The expected lift in the report is an honest range based on what I found, not a promise.
Fractional Marketing & GTM
Scope, schedule, and fees for fractional work are set in a written agreement or statement of work. Nothing is owed by either side until we both sign.
These terms fill any gaps that agreement leaves.
I work as an independent contractor, not an employee. I decide how and when I do the work, within what we agree.
PR Agent Install: Pilot
The pilot is a limited, one-time offer at a reduced rate for early participants. I decide who joins, and I may close it at any time. The pilot rate is shown at checkout and applies only to the pilot.
What you get
A review of your intake and one round of clarifying questions.
A custom PR agent, delivered as portable files tailored to you: your business context, a scoring rubric weighted to your goals, tailored vetting for the channels that fit you (press, podcasts, gift guides and roundups, awards and events, creators and influencers), pitch standards and voice guidelines, an evidence-and-approval note, and a weekly scan prompt and report format.
A tracker template in a format that fits the tools you use.
A launch scan: five qualified opportunities and three drafted pitches.
A recorded walkthrough, a written quickstart, and a 30-minute live setup call.
30 days of support after delivery (details below).
What's not included
Sending pitches or managing outreach.
Journalist or creator relationships, introductions, or placement.
Guaranteed coverage or results of any kind.
Paid placements, sponsorships, or press-release distribution.
Crisis, reputation, or regulated-industry communications.
Legal or compliance review of your claims.
Subscriptions to AI tools or media databases.
Access to, or setup inside, your accounts.
Additional agents or custom integrations.
Ongoing weekly scans. The agent runs them. I don't.
Support after the 30-day period.
Fee and refunds
The pilot fee is paid in full before work begins.
You can request a full refund until you submit your intake. After that, the fee is not refundable, except that I'll refund it if I'm unable to deliver.
Timeline
I deliver within five business days after you submit a complete intake, which is a recorded Loom answering my prompts, and answer any reasonable follow-up questions. The clock pauses while I'm waiting on you.
Your part
Submit your intake promptly and review what I deliver within three business days.
Keep your own paid subscription to an AI tool.
Review and approve every pitch and message before it goes out.
Support period
For 30 days after delivery, you get up to two rounds of revisions to the agent and its rubric, requested by email. I respond within five business days.
A revision adjusts instructions, scoring, voice, or format. It doesn't include new agents, new channels, new integrations, or a rebuild.
Your files and your accounts
You own the information you give me. You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered files for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish them as a product or template.
I keep my methods, templates, and frameworks, and I may reuse general learnings. I won't disclose your non-public information.
I build and test on my own systems and deliver files you load into your own tools. I never need, and will never ask for, your passwords or logins.
Pilot participation
Permission to share (this part is an agreement). You let me name you, describe the work, and share the process and results with my audience, on my website, and in my marketing, including screenshots. I'll remove anything you identify as confidential, and I'll say that you received a pilot rate. You can withdraw this permission for future uses by written notice. Content already published doesn't have to come down.
What I'm hoping for (this part is not required). A 20-minute feedback call once you've tried the agent, a few short written notes, and, if you're happy with the results, a short video about how it's working for you about 30 days later. I want your honest take, good or bad. None of this is a condition of delivery.
Who it's for
Founders and marketing leaders who don't have a budget for a PR agency. It isn't a fit for businesses where crisis communications or dedicated PR expertise is essential.
The AI-output and results terms in AI and other tools and Limits of liability apply to the pilot. The agent writes drafts and suggestions. I don't send anything for you, and I don't promise coverage, replies, placements, partnerships, traffic, or sales.
Ownership and case studies
What's yours. You own your Teardown report. You can use your Roadmap for personal or business purposes. The PR agent files are licensed to you as described above. For anything else I create for you, you may use it for your own purposes unless a written agreement says otherwise.
What's mine. My methods, templates, frameworks, and know-how stay mine, and I can use them with other clients.
Case studies and referrals. By default, I may name you as a client, describe the work and its results, and show screenshots or short excerpts, on my website, on social media, and in sales conversations. I won't publish anything you tell me in writing is confidential, and I won't share a deliverable in full. If you'd rather not be named, tell me in writing before work starts. We can usually work something out.
Confidentiality
I'll keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to do the work. You'll do the same with mine. This doesn't cover information that's already public or that the law requires one of us to disclose.
I'll sign a mutual NDA on request.
I keep your intake materials only as long as I need them to deliver and support the work, and I'll delete them if you ask. I may keep records that tax, payment, or legal rules require.
AI and other tools
I use Claude, ChatGPT, Notion, and Loom to do my work. What you share with me, such as intake recordings and transcripts, documents, and data exports, may be processed by those tools. For example, a recording may be stored in Loom, a transcript may be summarized with Claude or ChatGPT, and notes may be kept in Notion.
Those companies have their own terms and privacy policies. If there's something that must not go into AI tools or third-party services, tell me before you share it. We'll work around it, or decide together whether the work is a good fit.
I review AI-assisted deliverables before I hand them over. AI output can still be wrong. You're responsible for checking facts, backing up claims, and following the laws and rules that apply to you, including advertising, endorsement disclosure, and, if you sell to or for children, children's product rules. Nothing I deliver is legal advice.
Privacy
The short version: I collect what I need to run the work, I don't sell it, and you can ask me to delete it.
What I collect. What you give me (your name, email, business details, intake materials, call notes), payment records, and basic site analytics. Stripe handles your card details. I never see your full card number.
Why. To deliver and support services, bill you, answer you, improve this site, and meet legal obligations.
Who else handles it. Stripe (payments), Google (Analytics, Forms, Search Console), Reclaim (scheduling), Loom, Notion, and the AI tools named above (Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's ChatGPT). Each has its own privacy policy. I don't sell your personal information.
Cookies. This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and see which pages people read. You can block or clear cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out tools.
Your choices. Email me to see, correct, or delete what I have about you. I'll do it unless I need to keep something for tax, payment, or legal reasons.
Where. I'm in the United States, and your information is handled here and wherever my providers operate. This site isn't meant for children under 16.
Limits of liability
I do the work with care, but I don't promise any particular outcome, including revenue, pipeline, press coverage, or savings, except where a section above says so.
To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service the claim relates to. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits.
If you're an individual buying for personal purposes, nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow me to limit, such as fraud or willful misconduct.
Disputes and governing law
If something goes wrong, email me and let's talk first. Give me 30 days from your written notice to try to fix it.
Wisconsin law governs these terms. If we can't resolve it, either of us may bring the dispute in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top shows the current version.
Changes apply to purchases made after the update. The version in effect when you buy is the version that applies to your purchase.
